Privacy & Media Policy
Kentucky Christian Academy serves children from age three through eighth grade. This page tells you exactly what this website collects, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the written permission we require before any student's photo or name is used anywhere.
What we collect
Information you send us through this site
Tour and contact requests
Parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, your child's age or grade, a preferred time to visit, and anything you type in the message box. We do not ask for your child's full name, address, birth date, or any medical information on this website.
Gift and pledge forms
Your name, email address, phone number, the amount and fund you name, and any note you add. No card or bank information is ever collected on this website.
Nothing else
There is no account sign-up, no comment section, no file upload, and no advertising tracking for families or visitors on this site.
How we handle it
Who sees it and how long we keep it
Who reads it
Tour and contact requests go to the admissions email; gift and pledge forms go to the office email. Only KCA office and admissions staff read them.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in staff email for the current and following school year, then are deleted. If your child enrolls, the information moves into the school's student system and follows our records retention practice.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share what you send with anyone outside the school, and we do not add you to any outside mailing list.
Where student records live
Grades, attendance, tuition accounts, and family records are kept in Sycamore, the school's student information system, behind a parent login. None of that information is stored on or published by this website.
Photos & video
We ask first, in writing
KCA does not use a student's photo, video, artwork, or name until a parent or guardian has given written permission for that specific use. Permission is never assumed. If we have no signed form for your child, we use nothing.
Yearbook and inside the school
Photos in the yearbook, classroom displays, hallway boards, and printed items sent home to KCA families.

Photos on kcawarriors.com and in printed enrollment material.
Facebook and social media
Photos on the school's Facebook page or any other public social account.
Our naming rules
- No child under the age of eight is ever named on social media.
- Older students may be identified by first name and grade only, and only when a parent has signed a release for that specific award, team, or event.
- We do not publish class rosters, home addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, ride arrangements, or medical information anywhere on the public web.
- The photographs on this website are stand-in illustrations, not pictures of KCA children.

What else loads on this site
Fonts and maps
Google serves the site's typefaces and the map on our contact page. Google may see your internet address when those load.
Security cookie
Our hosting provider sets a short-lived cookie that separates real visitors from automated bots. It does not identify you.
No ad tracking
We run no advertising pixels, no retargeting, and no cross-site profiling of visitors or families.
Want something taken down, or a copy of what we have?
Email or call the office and we will respond within one school day. If you ask us to remove a photo, a post, or your inquiry, we do it — no explanation required.
