BJU Press Grammar and Literature, with several novels read throughout the school year
The Warrior Store is run by the 8th grade students
Additional courses in Physical Education, Health, Art, and Music/Drama
Each student is equipped with a Chromebook to use as a resource
All faculty are certified in their content areas

KCA has been accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International since July 2015. On nationally normed assessments, KCA students consistently score at the proficient level or higher.

Specials

Call the office for the specials offered this year — we list them only when they are staffed.

KCA ends at 8th grade, and our students leave ready for whatever comes next — public High School, another Christian high school, or homeschool high school.

Records that transfer

Because KCA is ACSI accredited, transcripts are accepted by the high schools our families choose. No child repeats a year because of KCA paperwork.

Ready for the work

Study skills, writing across subjects, and pre-algebra through algebra mean the first semester of high school is a change of building, not a change of standards.

We keep families in the loop every way we can: the Sycamore parent portal holds grades, attendance, assignments, and report cards; the Tuesday red folder carries notices home; texts cover quick reminders; and our Facebook page shares celebrations and school news — and you can always talk to us in person any time we're open. Enrolled families get a Sycamore login and can check progress any time — no waiting for a paper report card.
